Mr. Rob Frey
I began serving as the Principal of Saint Lawrence Catholic School in June of 2016. I attended college at University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, and earned a Masters in Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. For fifteen years, I was a Visual Art teacher in the public schools in Indiana. I truly appreciate the opportunity to serve in a faith-filled environment, and I am looking forward to growing SLCS in the future. Outside of school, I enjoy volunteering with church ministries, doing yard work, bird watching and baseball.

I have been teaching at Saint Lawrence Catholic School since 2000. I am Catholic, and enjoy teaching in a faith-based school. I teach Kindergarten through 5th grade Visual Art. Our art curriculum includes art history, art production, art criticism and aesthetics. We read about and look at art through Smart Board programming, and create art work based on what we have learned. A monthly newsletter describes what we have been doing, and contains pictures of art work and student working. We maintain an art web page, with photographs of art work, and a brief summary each month.
