PTO Meeting Minutes
2/21/2012
I. Opening Prayer
Mrs. McKinley led the opening prayer, & President Danny Thomas called to order the regular meeting of the St. Lawrence PTO at 6:15pm on 2/21/2012 in St. Lawrence School.
II. Minutes
Minutes were reviewed via St. Lawrence school website PTO, & printed form from the last meeting. Motion to approve minutes was made by Danny Thomas. The minutes were approved.
III. Treasure’s Report
Treasures Report was read, & reviewed by Treasurer Mandy Lowe. Information (handout) was given on the Regular PTO Account.
IV. Events
A) Jackie Davis discussed the BSU future games arranged for fundraising. 4-5 volunteers are needed per games. Game times usually last approximately 3-3 ˝ hours. Volunteers please notify any one of the PTO members, ASAP! We’d love to have you there! Volunteers receive time ˝ for each hour worked. This is an excellent opportunity for any parents still needing their hours for tuition.

Fri. 3/2/12
Sat. 3/10/12 – Teen Mania! – Time runs from 8am-9pm, there will 3 hours shifts available.

B) Laser Tag at the Play Station facility (re: Fun, Fellowship, Fundraising), will be at a cost of $6.00 per person. Dates to come via President Danny Thomas. This will be a great time to socialize and have fun!
C) Financial College Planning for St. Lawrence students will be rescheduled to a later meeting. TBA, most likely to be at the March or May meeting. All parent’s, and staff highly encouraged to come.
D) Date for 2012-2013 school year Fall Festival is the weekend of Friday October 12th and Saturday the 13th. Theme for the festival TBA.


V. Adjournment
Mrs. McKinley adjourned the meeting at 6:45, followed with closing prayer.
